The hotel had beautiful staff and was located in the middle of downtown, making it very comfortable. However, there were some room issues like malfunctioning outlets and a phone that didn't work fully. The pricing was slightly higher but acceptable for a front-facing room, though there was still noticeable traffic noise.
The hotel excelled in providing exceptional service, a prime location near Rittenhouse Square, and comfortable rooms with captivating city views. However, the dining experience fell short with underripe avocados and early breakfast hours.
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and had all the amenities one could need. The service was top-notch, and the staff even went out of their way to accommodate special requests. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops and historical sites. The dining options were diverse, although a few improvements could enhance the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were well-decorated and quite clean, but the service was a bit delayed. The staff, particularly Daniel, was fabulous. The mini suite we stayed in was amazing.
